01 General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "you") and tony99 ("tony99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tony99 website at https://tony99.one and all associated services including the online casino, live dealer games, slots, sportsbook, and any other products made available through the Platform.

By completing the registration process, logging into your tony99 account, or placing any bet, wager or game stake on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 02 Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use the tony99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. tony99 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We conduct age verification during registration and may request supporting documentation at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of tony99 or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, or associated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on tony99 or any gaming platform under an applicable regulatory regime.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. tony99 reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active tony99 account only. If we identify that a single individual holds multiple accounts, we reserve the right to merge accounts, suspend accounts, void any winnings, and/or permanently close the duplicate accounts without prior notice.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tony99 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account.

You must notify tony99 immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. tony99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

tony99 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption across all sessions and additional verification steps for new device logins. However, you acknowledge that no online platform can guarantee absolute security and you accept the residual risks inherent in using an internet-based service.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tony99 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). tony99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank.

By making a deposit to your tony99 account, you represent and warrant that:

• The funds deposited are not derived from any illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud or criminal proceeds.
• You are the authorised user of the payment method used.
• You are not depositing on behalf of or at the direction of any third party.

Deposits are reflected in your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. tony99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. tony99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of any such verification.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit from the same account, unless an exception is approved in writing by tony99. We reserve the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your account balance under circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, chargeback risk, or incomplete verification.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

tony99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered members. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are detailed in the individual bonus terms.
• tony99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Abuse of bonuses or promotions — including through arbitrage, systematic exploitation of promotional offers, or collusion — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tony99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in such circumstances.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on tony99 are final once confirmed. tony99 shall not be obligated to accept any bet or wager and reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its sole discretion.

In relation to sportsbook betting, in the event of obvious pricing errors or technical malfunctions that result in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, tony99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the affected accounts. This applies regardless of the apparent outcome of the event.

For live dealer and casino games, the rules of each game are as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, game outcomes will be determined in accordance with the relevant provider's disconnection policy, details of which are available in the game help section. tony99 is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnections or device failures on the player's side.

All casino games provided on tony99 are sourced from certified third-party providers whose Random Number Generators (RNG) are independently audited and certified. Return to Player (RTP) figures are as published in the relevant game information panels.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tony99 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or use of the Platform for any purpose connected to criminal proceeds.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions submitted to payment providers in bad faith.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose including circumventing self-exclusion, reclaiming bonuses, or evading account restrictions.
• Providing false information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen payment method.
• Any activity that disrupts, impairs or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or other members' use of it.

08 Responsible Gaming

tony99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we have implemented tools to help members maintain control over their play.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all tony99 members through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without a cooling-off period; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from tony99. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. If you self-exclude, you must not attempt to open a new account.

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without tony99's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tony99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

tony99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tony99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your tony99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any outstanding balance (subject to applicable withdrawal conditions, bonus forfeiture and verification requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

tony99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any breach of these Terms or applicable law.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform.
• Failure to complete or pass identity verification.
• Regulatory requirement or order from a competent authority.

Upon termination by tony99 for cause, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings shall be forfeited. Real money balances remaining after forfeiture and deduction of any amounts owed to tony99 will be returned subject to verification.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tony99 is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of tony99's licensing jurisdiction.

tony99 endeavours to resolve member disputes promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact our support team in the first instance. Unresolved complaints may be escalated through the dispute resolution process prescribed by our licensing authority.

13 Amendments

tony99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address on file and/or through a notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
